Card personalization
Card personalization occurs in your browser. Names and custom messages entered in the card creator are not saved in a website lead database. The website does not request a recipient’s email address. A shared personalized link may contain the recipient name, message, and sender name that you entered. Anyone who receives that link may be able to read those details, so do not include private health, therapy, financial, crisis, or other sensitive information.
Subscriptions and contact
The mailing-list form is provided by Constant Contact for Courage Coach Jess Ministries. When you submit the form, Constant Contact processes the information and list choices you provide, manages confirmation and subscription status, and supplies preference and unsubscribe tools. Constant Contact’s privacy terms apply to information entered into that form.
Retention and Deletion
Card personalization details are processed on your device and are not retained in a website lead database. Constant Contact retains subscriber information according to its services and the subscriber’s status. Use the Unsubscribe or Update Profile link in a Constant Contact email, or email jess@couragecoachjess.org to request access, correction, or deletion.
Children’s Privacy
This digital card experience is intended strictly for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has submitted personal details through this application without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that data from our systems immediately.
Consultation interest
If you select the complimentary 15-minute consultation option, your contact information and interest may be shared with Poinciana Therapy LLC for follow-up. Selecting this option does not establish a therapist-client relationship and does not guarantee clinical eligibility or schedule availability.
Donations
Optional donations support Courage Coach Jess Ministries and help keep its Youth-Led Marketing Program free for youth. Donations are processed through a separate payment provider, and that provider’s privacy terms apply to information entered on its website. No donation is required to create, download, or share a card.
